31/12/07- Ultra 2716 is another recent repaint to Metro house colours.
04/12/07- The Gardner engined Tiger has made a surprise return to service here with former Citybus examples 2609 (LXI 6609) and 2613 (NXI 4613) returning to service at Short Strand on 1st December, both having been used by Ulsterbus for the past number of years. Also in from Ulsterbus is Solo 1855 at GVS, whilst former Ulsterbus Tiger/TE 525 was detaxed at the end of November having been on on loan at GVS for a number of weeks.
02/12/07- New route 28A commences on 13th December, running from the City Centre - Holywood Exchange Ikea via Connswater on a half hourly frequency 7 days a week. Former Lynx 3009 (HXI 3009) is now with Midland Classic, Church Gresley ex North West, Liverpool.
16/11/07- Ultra 2706 has been repainted from green to Metro house colours, with 2704 being done currently.
14/11/07- Ulsterbus B10BLE's 2835/6 (Ards) are on loan at Short Strand.
04/11/07- B10BLE's 2763/4 moved from Short Strand to Falls at the start of September, not GVS as previously shown. Similer 2788 has moved from Short Strans to Newtownabbey, whilst Tiger 2620 has been sold to Kells Bus Museum. Tomorrow sees a slight route alteration in section of Chichester Street outside the law courts will re-open as a bus lane between 08.15 and 19.45 thus eliminating the diversion via Queens Square for outbound services via Oxford Street.
09/10/07- Numbers reserved for forthcoming 45 B9TL/Wrightbus are 2201-20 (fitted with seat belts) and 2330-54 (not seat belt fitted). Presumably the existing 2201 will be renumbered to make way for these. Volvos 2922/9 have gained somewhat dowdy overall adverts for the NI Fire and Rescue service. Tiger/N -type 2615 has been sold for scrap to Hamill, Ahoghill.
14/09/07 - Former Ulsterbus B7TL/ALX 2921/2/36 are now at Short Strand and 2935 at Falls. Similar vehicles back in use are 2937 (engine fire) and 2955 (de-roofed), both at Newtownabbey, along with Ultra 2705 returning to service at Short Strand after a year out of use with accident damage. Volvos 201-10/2 returned to Ulsterbus on 13th August, whilst other moves see Tiger 2667 go from Newtownabbey to Falls and B10BLE's 2763/4 move from Short Strand - GVS and 2802/3/4 from GVS to Short Strand.
07/08/07 - Mercedes 2100 returned to service at the start of August at GVS, replacing similar 2104. Ulsterbus B7R/Wrightbus 201-10/2 are temporarily on loan for the duration of the summer holidays. Tiger 2635 has been sold to Shannon, Newtownards for preservation.

4009 - ReserveB10BLE's 2802-4 have moved from Short Strand to GVS, whilst Tigers 2603/12/8/21/31 have been sold to Hamill for scrap.
28/06/07 - 2973 has now lost it's Ulster Bank advert and is back in fleet colours, currently minus advertising frames. 2980 has gained a mega-rear ad promoting foster parenting and 2782 has one for Ballymena Sportsbowl.
21/06/07 - Long withdrawn Tigers 2603 (LXI 6603), 2618/31 (NXI 4618/31) have gone to Hamill for scrap.
19/06/07 - Former Citybus RELL 2481, latterly with St Malachy's Primary School, had been acquired for preservation by Shannon, Newtownards.
18/06/07 - More recent Metro repaints are Volvo B10BLEs 2781/2816.
27/05/07 - Volvo B7TL 2973 is the second of the type to carry an overall advertisement, in this case a yellow and blue one for Ulster Bank. As is the norm these days the front end is in fleet livery, and as with sister 2928, the advert frames have been removed to allow application of the advert. A couple of recent Metro repaints are B10BLE 2764 and Mercedes artic 3102. Also repainted in Metro colours in Ulsterbus B7TL 2922, which should return here along with 2921/35/6.
18/05/07 - Former Citybus Bristol RE 2531 (AXI 2531) has passed from Dempsey to the Kells Bus Museum.
20/03/07 - More recent repaints are Mercedes 2102/4/5 and Volvo B10BLEs 2798/2802. Creditably, for the first time in many years, fares are remaining unchanged at the start of April.
02/03/07 - Volvo 2962 has gone from Short Strand to Newtownabbey, from where Enviro 400 demonstrator 2033 was returned to it's owner on 15th February.
22/02/07 - Two former Citybus vehicles which are no more are Leyland B21's 3003 (XRT 932X, ex WOI 3003) and 3005 (XRT 931X, ex WOI 3005) both latterly owned by Carter, Wherstead. 3005 recently suffered accident damage and has passed to Jordan, Coltishall for scrap and 3003 which had only been acquired as a source of spares has now passed to the same breaker.
04/02/07 - Cityliners 2678-80 have again returned to service, 78/9 at GVS and 80 at Falls.
30/01/07 - Dart SLF 651 is now back with Metro (GVS) and is smartly repainted in magenta fleet livery.
29/01/07 - Merc Bendi 3101 (DCZ 3101) is the first of the type to receive Metro livery. Further service alterations see the 94 group of routes renumbered as the 26 (26 City Centre - Queens Road - Airport Road - Holywood Exchange; 26A City Centre - Airport Road - Holywood Exchange; 26B City Centre - Queens Road); the 64 group of routes are also revised as 64 City Centre - Downview - Abbeycentre; 64A City Centre - Downview - Abbeycentre and 64B City Centre - Downview. Route 80 is also extended from Oldpark to Abbeycentre, with journeys running to/from Oldpark only becoming 80B, whilst routes 77/78/A now serve Tesco Newtonbreda.

22/01/07 - More vehicles to recently gain Metro livery are Mercedes 2101 (DCZ 2101), and B10BLEs 2789 (BCZ 2789/90), 2810/1 (CCZ 8810/1). Volvo B7RLE/Wright demonstator 2034 (LEZ 3034) is now going to Ulsterbus Newtownabbey instead of Metro. It seems the absence of a drivers security screen prevented its use by Metro.
17/01/07 - B10BLE 2790 is the latest to be painted in Metro colours.
08/01/07 - Tigers 2678-80 were placed back to Reserve at the end of November. Sisters 1472/3 have moved from Newtownabbey to Short Strand with 2765 going from Falls to GVS and 2951 from GVS to Falls.
